Did you file yourself or with an attorney? If you filed with an attorney..you should ask him/her. I am not sure about this.

I would think it would be easier to add it to your schedule now. What I am not sure about...is when the petition is filed to get the 341 meeting...if the "final draft and schedule" have to be filed then or not. I would think that final draft is only brought when the meeting is held...but I am not sure. Try to search the forum.

I think you have to ammend the creditor before the 341 meeting. The fee is like $26...but I am not sure if it would push back your meeting or not. It's up to you...and if you have the time and $ before the meeting...if you want to ammend or wait til you clean it up with the CA/OC after the discharge.

In my previous posts I thought you already had your meeting. If you have an attnry...I would ask them.
