My lawyer advised me to not foreclose
To try to make payments by cutting everything else and sell it myself after BK because it will be looked at as more credit worthy down the line to get financing for the condo I see in my future. I will need to rent for year or two and he feels being able to show regular payments on mortgage and not foreclosed will make a rental more likely, too. This is based on his experience in the greater Chicago area.August '05 Business failed.
