Unless you tell him...the Trustee probably will not find out about it. Have you supplied any bank statements or 401K statements that cover the time you made the withdrawal? If not, he won't find out.
Also, it is a relatively inconsequential amount. Had you included it on your petition, would it have changed anything? My guess is no, so I wouldn't worry.
