    Discharged and C L O S E D!

    Opened a PACER account a few minutes ago to see what was up...

    Discharged and Closed 12/05/06

    Had some initial anxiety...but Ya'll helped put things in perspective and made the process much less stressful than it would have been otherwise.

        On the countdown. 4 business days left. Fingers crossed no Objections or Extensions pop up!!

        TG there's a weekend in there. I don't know if I could stand any extra days!!

            Best Christmas present in years!!!

            Not that I could do anything about it... but I was kinda surprised the trustee didn't go after my 06 tax refund...

            But then again, I sorta got the feeling at the 341 that she wasn't gonna mess with a single dad that hasn't recieved a dime in child support in 17 years...

            Guess they're not all Scrooge's.

            Best wishes and prayers for those still in the process.

              We might get our Discharge, but I doubt we'll see Closed any time soon. The Trustee has already said he wants to see our '06 Income Taxes when we file in the Spring.

              AND,............ The paralegal told us that generally the last day comes and goes with out any falderah. Then right at a week later, at MIDNIGHT, the Court Computer auto generates the Discharged notice.

              So barring any unforseen Objections or Extensions, we **might** get our Discharge on 12/18-12/19. Somewhere in there. Closed will probably come later.

              Still on pins and needles sweating out these last few days.

                  Still waiting until 12/25/06, yes I said 12/25/06 until our discharge. Still on pins and needles

                  10/25/06: 341 meeting Done!
                  12/25/06: Last day for objections.... Dear Santa, can we have a bk discharge for Christmas please?

                    Happy holidays, merry christmas, whatever you celebrate..do it well. Yes, there has been lots of discharges lately!! Thats is indeed a good thing!
