Att filled paperwork today. Ch. 7. Got our case number at 8:49 am (now go away skank of america)

Dont have time to post all details, will after holiday. But att says this should be a "easy lay-up"

filling went well, phone calls have stopped. We went ch 7, keeping house and van.

Att didn't think we would have the paper work ready before he left for vacation. (dec 24 til jan 2) He called last thursday, and had us come in at 8 am saturday before office opened. Told us to bring the kids even. Took care of everything so we could have a peaceful christmas.
