I filed in July 06, just got discharged 4 days ago. I am so happy this is over.
I have rec'd Capital ONe credit card applications thoughout the BK process; they started out w/ annual fees. This last one i rec'd had no annual fees, some into APR on purchases and balance transfers. I was skeptical to get credit, but I want to rebuild my score. So I applied on line and was approved in seconds. I don't know for how much, but it's a start. I'm paying that baby off every month anyway, so it doesn't matter what the limit is. I'm thinking a tank of gas a month on it. I just don't want to get stupid again and charge life on plastic.
