    Yep!

    The local Trustee has done his/her bit. Don't see anything to go after. Is asking to be relieved of responsibility from duties in your case.

      I am sooo much relieved, another update... final objections date 01/29/2007 order to discharge from us trustee entered on 01/30/2007. all coming together in steps, i really needed this board to help me make it through this process.. i appreciate the answers that i received, and the answers that were given to everyone on this board, because there were several questions that were answered everyday from all these posts.
