    Ch. 7 Case Closed

    I can't believe it!!! Our case has finally closed. Checked pacer Friday and it showed the trustee's report of final asset distribution and requested closing. On pacer this morning it says: CASE CLOSED!!!!

    This is such a big relief to us. We are still living credit card free and making it. I am also thrilled because we will be able to keep our tax refund (if any) this year!!!! Trustee made no mention of wanting it this year!!!
