Feeling much better after meeting with lawyer on Saturday!

Found out we qualify for a chapter 7, we were a little over the median income since our household size was reduced but the means test definitely confirmed chapter 7.

The lawyer also said that our tax refund is exempt by fed. exemptions and we gave her an estimate of what we will get back and she will file that exemption. She told us it doesn't matter if we file taxes or BK first, one won't delay the other.

We should be filing by beginning to mid feb. On the road to recovery!!!
