    Im totally lost

I can not find the info anywhere to help my mother. She needs to add a few creditors to her cap 7 bk and we do not know when the "cut off" date is on this. lawyer said that she can only file on creditors dated before her filing date 2 more has said that she can add crditors for any debt incurred up to her 341 meeting. She has filed pro se and we can not find these answers anywhere.

The general rule is 90 days. If she can't get her attorney to cooperate, best bet is to contact the creditors and bureas directly using via certified letter, requesting that they update the credit report to reflect Ch 7 BK and "0" Balance.

And yes, the debts need to be debts that were incurred prior to filing the petition, and can't be "new" debts.
