    Objection to Claim filed....

...by Chase bank on me....is this for real? I can't pull anything else up on Pacer. It was entered today!

I just paid trustee on the SUV and thought my case was going to close????

Is this possible? I was discharged last January!

    HELP for sure!!!

If it is indeed titled "Objection to Claim", that is something usually filed by the TRUSTEE, not the creditor. The trustee is probably objecting to some aspect of Chase's proof of claim. If that is the case, this is nothing you need to worry about.

Me...freaking out here...yes, out of the little bit of the docket text I got, it does say filed by my trustee...why would he be filing something now so late in my case?

I can't answer your specific question, but rest assured, this is nothing you need to worry about, lose any sleep over, or otherwise be concerned about, this is strictly between the trustee and Chase.

Okay! Thank you! I was about ready to pull out my hair over this one!!!

I had just received my little green certified return receipt card from the trustee's office about the payment that paid off the SUV....I just can't deal with any more $ issues over this....next stop, IRS certified letter that will be coming to me on Sat...last problem to deal with, hopefully!
