An update to my post from a few days ago if anyone is interested....
Ring...$1500 exemption in Mo...thanks Godness! I was asked by trustee to take it to one or two jewerly stores who buy jewerly! I did and one offered $1525, the other $1610. I had them write that down and have submitted to trustee...waiting!
House...thanks for the zillow info! Found out that our tax records are wrong, Zillow goes off of that, and comps in our area he was looking at were way off base. We live in an extremely financially diverse neighborhood. There are houses in here that are selling for 400K+. Our house is not one of these...average in our plot is between 200-250 with highest selling in past yr at $255. We told trustee we thought we could get 265, we have put some work into the our outside over the yrs...many have not. Anyway, when you enter 4 bdrm/2.5 bath, and the sq footage of 3200 (incorrectly reported on tax records and what zillow bases off of, ours is 2900) the closest comps were $400,000 houses!! Wait until the realtor (coming wed am for trustee) sees this! Anyway...I guess I feel fine, we did not lie about anything for pete sake! I have consulted 2 realtors and both agreeded completely with our valuation. I am hoping that once these things are said and done the trustee is satisified we are not trying to hide anything and have been completely honest and moves forward!
I will post update if anyone is interested...every little bump in the road is bring us closer to walking through to the other side of this nightmare! Oh what you learn!

12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.
12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.
02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend.
04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!!
