he said the trustee is looking for money, which everyone here has been telling me, it seem's she is annoyed that we are fileing such a small amount (to her maybe) and that is why she wants so many years of statements, well she can look all she wants, but there is no money, he also said that the case will drag out, maybe another 6 months or so,she will probably discharge it but not close it, what does that mean not close it? Does that stop us from going on with life, like re-financeing the house, buying a new one, things like that? He did say we can't do any thing till we are discharged, does that include moving? We have been looking at houses to rent, seeing that the mortgage is really high here? Everything is 100% protected, he said there isn't anything she can take, so he knows this case will close. So that my friends is our story, still a few things I'm not clear on, but, I guess it is like a book, I'll have to turn the page to see what happens. thanks
