I had my 341 meeting on the 18th of April for my C7 No Assets case and to this day the Trustee has not updated Pacer? Everything seem to run smooth at the meeting we were with him no more then 5 minutes, if that. Should I worry or just keep on getting on with my day.

. Worrying won't speed things up at all. Some trustees post all their cases to PACER at the end of the month - maybe your trustee is one of those?

My brother couldn't be off of work for the first two 341's
(would have been fired) both times he was given new dates. His attorney told him the trustee was very leineint on this. Guess she was right.Chapter 7 Pro Se....Discharged Feb. 2006Comment

I pulled your post off that old thread and created a new thread. You'll probably get more responses than by adding onto the end of an old thread.
Some Trustees post the results of the 341 immediately. Depends on if the Court has ECF capability in the Hearing room.
Some Trustee post everything 1 or 2 days a week.
Just depends on your Trustee and how they choose to do things.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

How ironic is this, I pulled up Pacer for kicks 5 minutes ago and I noticed a new entry dated today on Saturday 4/28/07.
