1 car is broke down I have to save to fix it and the other is old also. I don't have car payments but if I am saving to fix them how do I claim a monthly cost to run them?

Look back at your old repair bills, oil change receipts. Check your bank statements, checkbook, and CC statements for when you've bought gasoline.
You're allowed to expense out maintenance, repairs, and gasoline.
