    341 DONE!!! And PACER UPDATED!!!

    I am soooooooo glad to have the 341 DONE and over with! It was easier than I thought it would be... we waited through several cases before we had our turn and it was so scary! The Trustee wasn't mean at all, but rather very matter-of-fact. I didn't see him smile once... until we were up and he cracked a small smile Phew! And the PACER UPDATE...

    Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution. Having been duly appointed Trustee of the estate of the above named debtor, I report that I have neither received any property nor paid any money on account of this estate except exempt property; that I have made a diligent inquiry into the financial affairs of the debtor and the location of property belonging to the estate, and that there is no property available for distribution from the estate over and above that exempted by law. Pursuant to FRBNP 5009, I hereby certify that the estate of the above named debtor has been fully administered. I request that this report be approved, and that I be discharged from any further duties as Trustee.



    Now, we're in the 60 day club! I hope it goes by smoothly with a fast discharge!!!

                    I hope its easy sailing here on out and that discharged/closed comes sooner than expected.
                    I STILL havent filed yet. Its taking LOOONG to get everything. Our lawyer is one busy dude it seems. I finally did my counseling a few days ago. On to filing and the 341. Wish us luck, we need it.
