How to know prior to discharge if creditor will accept?

From another post, just wanted to get more responses... Thanks!

That's how we knew what was going on.
So, basically, just keep an eye on the balances? I subscribe to TrueCredit.com and some but not all creditors have notes saying something about bankruptcy. Should I be concerned about the ones without the notations? Some, I know, show zero on the main overview page but when you click on the detail it shows numbers. Are you familiar with this? Thanks!!!

Yeah. I know what you're talking about.

In that extra box, True Credit shows the Credit Limit of the acct. They also show the total amount due as reported by the Creditor prior to you filing BK. Or, in some cases, the highest amount you ever charged on an acct.

NasCar20Fan suggested he started clean-up before Discharge so we did the same thing. Right after our 341, we started Disputing as IIB. Some accts, the Creditors did not verify, and those accts were removed from our Credit Reports. Just like they never even existed.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

What is IIB? So, if the balances aren't showing zero yet, dispute them with the credit bureau?

Also, if the items show zero balances but are still showing Derogatory, is that okay? We've got a LOT of work to do. Is it best to do this by mail or online?

What is the ideal way for the items to look at this point in time (pre-discharge)? And what is the ideal way for them to look post-discharge?

BTW- I think I figured out IIB... Included in Bankruptcy?

Thanks for all of your help!!!
