Trustee paper's GOOD NEW's

Just got off of the phone with our attorney, the trustee personally called him and told him that after reviewing the papers, reciepts and our explanation of the monies withdrawn, he is no longer looking for assets, and will file a no assets report and we will be discharged in thirty days. I can see light at the end of the tunnel, thanks for all the help, I guess that makes us in the thirty day club, now to get our life back on track, thanks to all of you that listened and helped.

5/10/07: 341 Meeting DONE! Trustee's Report of No Distribution Filed
7/04/07: FICOs going up! Credit report cleanup (hers/his) 540/536
7/10/07: DISCHARGED! 8/27/07: CLOSED!
