Notice of Trustee's Final Report & Applications for Compensation

Has anyone gotten one of these?

I have one claim listed that is not even my bill, never was, I have the paperwork to prove it and I do not even understand why it is still in my bk.

I have another claim from Verizon wireless.

Both of these are listed as "unsecured." ????

claim #3 is listed as "ecast settlement corp. assigne with proposed payment of 1,415.88.

I thought I was ch. 7 bankrupt. Where on earthe is this coming from?

(can you tell I'm freaked out or what?)

    FIRST - CALM DOWN...........

As far as the listing of "unsecured creditors" and a dollar amount....... nothing to be worried about...... All unsecured creditors are listed and what you owe them.......... even tho they won't get a dime.....

NOW..... when the Trustee is "thru with you or almost thru" with your case he will file a Final Report and request that his expenses be paid to him.....
Thats what the "Final Report & Application for Compensation" is. It means the Trustee has done his job, is finished, and wants paid by the Court out of the proceeds (his share).... also means he has paid any creditors if you had funds to pay them with.

SO THIS IS GOOD NEWS............. CHEER, BE HAPPY............ your case will be closing soon.....

You should be jumping up and down by now..................... huh!!!!!

Just thought I'd let you know before you "freak out" on me, LOL

OH MISS MINNY!!!! You know I was waiting to hear from you first on this!!!

      (getting shivers on my arms!)

So....I don't owe anything???? Please say yes!!!

I just got my payment plan accepted by the IRS, which starts the end of June.

I've got all my bills paid up to date in my new place (which is minus the bf who is still, thank god, in rehab).

I joined the gym (finally!) this week!

I'm being so d*mn good for myself & everyone around me, who's stuck by me while I've taken care of all of the old business.....

It's just an incredible feeling to be getting all of my leftover mess cleaned up and then I got this notice & didn't know whether to scream or drink three fast cocktails!

Since all of it was discharged, except your IRS payment plan, you don't owe anybody anything it looks like....... except your current bills..........

Yes, You have done great with all the changes in your life you have made recently.......

If your gonna "clean house" - clean it up good............ that means, emotionally, financially, etc........

Start your "new beginning" with a great sigh of relief...........and plan your future like it was the first day of the rest of your life.............

Hopefully your "man" will iron out his problems also.... if not, your better off without him....... (some things aren't meant to be - and some men are just a pain in the butt, when it comes right down to it)...... Just because you love them doesn't mean you have to live with them!!!

Will be waiting with you to hear "case closed" for you...................

Now to get on with the "living a new life" - keep it clean, financially sound, and make a list of those goals you want to acheive this time around..... since you have a "new beginning"........

        Best of luck,

        Minny

IF YOU FIRST DON'T SUCCEED, GET OFF YOUR A** AND TRY AGAIN...........

One of the best things in life is being "worry free"............leaves your mind, emotions, heart "clear" to focus on all the important things, home, family, parents, and future expectations........

Wake up, say this is A GREAT NEW DAY IN MY LIFE..............

Set those goals, make a game plan, and watch it come together for you......

And soon bankruptcy will be a "bad dream from the past"....................
