My attorney's office filed my paperwork this weekend for Chapter 7. I asked what I do now and they said just wait for a letter in the mail from them. I feel so relieved that I am not in limbo anymore. At least we will be moving forward - good, bad or ugly. But I am nervous about the next 90 or so days ahead. I'd like to check out PACER. Anyone know how soon they get new cases on?

It should show up almost immediately, if your attorney filed electronically. I paid my attoreny in the morning and they told me they would get it filed that day. I checked pacer about 3 hours later and it was listed.chap 7 discharge 06/07 -

Just thought of this too - it will be sooooo nice for the calls to stop. It's been non-stop on the home and the cell. My husband will be happy too!Comment

OK, I seemed to have figured it out. Not too hard. My 341 is June 26 and the last day for objections is August 27. Woohoo! I never thought I'd say this living in New England but I hope it's a quick summer.
