    Overdraft and Debit card

I have a couple of questions about my checking account.

I have overdraft protection. I had gone in pretty deep - like $1000 - into overdraft two months ago. I had stopped paying my credit cards at that time, and I pretty quickly (over about 3 weeks) brought it down to a positive balance, not much of one but positive. Does this count as a large amount of money that I paid to one particular creditor?

Also, with my credit union I have a visa check card - that is all they offer. I use it as my ATM, you can also charge to it (although apparently it is still detectable as a debit card). I don't owe anything on it, do I have to declare that as well?

Check cards are not credit cards, any money charged on check cards are debited from your checking account, so no, you don't list it as a creditor, but you list the checking account on your schedule of personal property.

As for overdraft, you will probably be ok as long as you didn't use credit cards to bring the balance current.
