    Is it good or bad update

    I find this update on pacer file. I am wondering if this good or bad or does it mean any thing. the cut and paste is below:

    " An adjourned 341 examination was scheduled for X/X/2007. The trustee reports that the examination was completed and the 341 Meeting is concluded. The trustee also reports a No Asset Case. The trustee has not received any money or property. WHEREFORE, the Trustee certifies that pursuant to F.R.B.P. 5009, this estate has been fully administered, requests this report be approved and that the Trustee be discharged. "

    it is good news. It means that the issue that adjourned your 341 has been resolved and you have a no asset chapter 7. In 60 to 90 days you should receive your discharge.

      Yep. It's a good thing.

      As Rrockinggramma said,............. What ever issue the Trustee had with your case at your 341 has since been resolved. The Trustee is satisfied, declared you No Asset, and asked to be relieved from Administration of your case.

        September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

            hope things are going well.looks like were getting into the 40days left range i'm trying to keep my mind on ther things so time will fly by
