    Need PACER help!

    Ok...I'm fairly computer literate, but for the life of me, I cannot navigate the PACER website. I can pull up our case and activities, etc, but....

    HOW do I get info about our attorney, trustee and judge. I'd like to find out about the outcomes of cases, etc...

    Anyone?

    Hoping for brighter skies ahead...

    How to search for attnys.

    You can do the same with Trustees there. In the "Type" of search you're going to perform, select Trustee in the drop down menu instead of attny.

    But beware. Trustees sit on a lot of cases. That one page, the listing of all of a Trustee's cases, is gonna be a lot of billable pages. That's before you ever start opening case files to look at info on different debtors.

    Judges,.............. I'm not sure how you'd search for info on them.

      My Pacer login is not working on my court's site...any ideas? Could it be that it is Sunday night on a holiday weekend? They may have to update some of these passwords manually. Just wondering if anyone has had this experience...Thanks.

      BTW, I have not filed. I am using Pacer to research my potential attorneys.

        PACER is a listing of ALL court cases, not just your district court's. What's the name of the site where you are logging in?

        06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
        08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
        10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
