I keep reading and hearing about a one year period after date of discharge. What can happen and what is likely to happen (if anything) during this period?
Most likely nothing will happen, but the trustee and creditors have upto 1 yr to dispute you case and if you were to come into a large sum of money, say you win the lotto and they find out, they could come after you. Most cases after discharge are done. Good luck!
