Chapter 7 help

I filed Capter 7 on 4 /8/05 . I had a claim against me for a automobile i was financing which then was stolen and I had no insurance because I was in debt and could not afford it. Now the financing company is trying to sue me. I don't know what to do now. PLease anyone help me I filed without an Atty.

Ask your lawyer if you can amend your schedule F to include this debt. In Wisconsin you have to pay $26.00 to add a creditor, well worth it.

Amend your petition to add the debt, if its already on your petition, discuss with your attorney the possibiliyt of sueing the company for violation of the Bankruptcy Automatic Stay.

I'm sorry I was not clear. The finance co. filed their suit about 2 weeks prior to me filing for my BK.

I am at a -$37.00 after all my bills are paid out I am literally living pay check to pay check, with literally no money left for myself. I offered to pay the finance company anything I could afford prior to them filing the suit against me which they rejected. So they want to sue me for the balance of the loan.

Now what happens since I have filed Ch.7 and what happens to me if they show up for the mediation or any other creditor for that matter?
