    Checked Pacer-Discharged!!!!!!!!!!



    I just checked Pacer and it read 6/05/07 order discharging debtor
    The area where it shows the date of filing shows the filing date and the discharge date as 6/05/07

    I want to thank all of you for your help(especially SF to whom all of my pm's were always answered with wonderful advice )

    I truly believe listening to all of you say to go several lawyers made all the difference.We went with lawyer #4 and he was wonderful!

    Again,thanks to all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This board is the best!


    P.S. after checking pacer constantly the past few months I only"owe"
    80 cents so it's definitely worth doing,just another thing I wouldn't have had a clue about without you guys!!!!

      Way to go, mea! So glad to hear your case is finally officially closed. Enjoy that fresh, new financial start, and (as SF suggests) start the rebuilding process carefully. Congrats!

            May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
            July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
            September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

                  Discharge Question

                  I have been checking Pacer everyday. My status shows discharged, but nowhere on there do I see anything about being closed? Will you specifically see something stating this when it is closed or get anything else in the mail?
