Okay, I checked out my Trustee in pacer... My Gawd, that may have been dumb because it cost me $23 but oh, well it was worth the info.
Every case he has done closed and discharge except for maybe 3 or 4 and it look like the debtor pulled out because it dismissed a month after filing, this guy has been around since 1996. There were couples that just recently closed that was over the median by $14000-$19000. I was worried because we are over by almost $4000. All the cases closed within the 4 month time frame accept three that I noticed. ONe took 6 months the other two took 5 months.
Please, Please tell me this is a good sign, I am talking about his recent BK for 2007. I was shocked to see so many people over the median Yeah, my pacer bill is high but it was worth it. I hope this is the trustee that we want LOL.
