Just wanted to Thank everyone here on the forum for all the help we recieved doing my meltdown times, I am happy to report that we are discharged and closed, finished with it all. We have moved and are in a cute little house and finally at peace, we have decieded to give the house back to the bank as it has not sold, and it will still be a forclourser on our record but a voluntery one, our scores are very good and only 19 points away from being able to buy a house, but that will come next year after we have some breathing time. So for all those starting the process i just want to say there is an ending, and there is a future, again thank you all, I plan on stoping in and hope i will be able to help someone the way we were helped, we never did get back the papers from the trustees but if not it was a small price to pay, again much thanks.
