I just saw this on PACER:

It's not clickable ( don't know if it's supposed to be).

I had called him (our Trustee) today because we have an antique show to go to and I asked him if we had to hold back our more expensive items and he said "no you can do whatever you want with it, there's a large enough wildcard exemption to cover it if I wanted it anyhow". What a guy, huh!

So, now I just wait for any objections, right? My 341 was just this past Tuesday.

Did it say no asset no distribution and that the trustee wants to be discharged as trustee? If so your case is just waiting to be discharged and closed if you have this report filed by the trustee before discharge chances are that it will be closed same day as discharge. Congrats

It's document #16, but not clickable like the others yet, so the "title" just says: First Meeting Held and Trustee's Report of No Distribution

As for it not being clickable, that is how it should be. The report is a private report that the BK trustee prepares for the US Trustee. It is a required report to be filed within a certain amount of time from the 341. It is a good sign, but not definitive. However, usually, if the trustee is going to challenge something, they usually give you some heads up at the 341 and will ask you questions about what it is they might challenge.

He did ask for a more detailed inventory of our antiques business. I supplied him with it yesterday. Talked with him on the phone today and he said we can do whatever we want with it, it's covered under any wildcard exemption we have anyway.
