Flag definition...?

I didn't see a definition for the following flag which I found on PACER for my wife;s case......"MEANSNO." Does anyone know what this means? I didn't see it defined under the various codes in the PACER thread.

meansno is a good flag. It is equivalent to means no presumption of abuse.

Oh thank you. I got that flag too and didn't know what it meant. I saw the post in the sticky with flag definitions but that was from TX, I think, and I'm in FL. Some flags are different.
