    How long to discharge?

OK...our last day for objections was 2 days ago. Nothing new on PACER yesterday or today

How long does it usually take to show a discharge after the last day for objections? And how long after that until it's closed.

For those who don't know/remember, we were over the median income a little, but ok on the schedules. Our atty was a "tiny" bit worried about us being pushed into a CH13, but we've heard NOTHING from the US Trustee. If they were going to object, would they have done it by now?

Thanks again for all your feedback and wisdom...

    Our Court took a week.

After the last day for Objections, the Clerk waits a week to post the Discharge Notice. Then, in the middle of the night, the Court Computer kicks on and auto generates the Notices.

Different Courts have different practices. If you don't see your Discharge in a week or so, call the Clerk of the Court's office and ask. They are generally nice folks and they'll tell you what to expect.

You are fine, stop thinking negative or it will happen. You live in Michigan. If you live in the Detroit Metro area, you know they are a little slow to do things out there. I use Live in Ann Arbor Michigan. The economy out there is so bad right not We moved out of Michigan 5 years ago before it really got bad.
