checked pacer - Trustee wants out!

    WOOHOO!!

I checked pacer today...the trustee filed report of no distribution!

so what happens next? do i have to keep checking to see if it is approved? or if US trustee makes any objections?

    Thanks!

If the UST's office wants more information, they'll send you a letter. Don't freak out if it happens after your 341 - it happened to me. It has scary language in it, like "presumption of abuse".

It WAS a pain to get ALL THAT STUFF together for them and copy it all, and redact all the account numbers, etc. I sent them a file that was an inch and half thick, and I used a ream of paper to do it, since I made two copies of everything I sent them.

I had to answer a list of questions about my history, and that letter was pretty much the story of my LIFE ....

But in the end it was just a big paper-pushing exercise, and I heard no more about it.

They found nothing because there was nothing to find.

Trustee has filed a notice that you have not assets to distribute to the creditors...... even if they file a claim.....

SOOOOOO..... LOOKING GOOD...... its just wait out the 60 span after the 341 meeting and that discharge should be headed your way......

Hang in there, if the Trustee didn't find anything, the US Trustee probably won't even bother to look it over.....

And when the creditors learn there are not assets, they won't even file a claim..... nothing to get!!

      Keep us posted.....

            Looking good, Marzipan!!

While it's tempting to check every day,............ During your 60 Day Objection period, you might slack off to checking PACER 1x a week or so. Chances are, if anything is gonna happen, it'll happen nearer to the end of the 60 days.

But let's hope nothing does happen and you slip peacefully into Discharge with nothing else recorded.
            Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
            Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
            Closed - 04/2007
