    What are the chances?....

What are the chances of the Trustee objecting to our discharge if no creidtors show up or file proofs of claims or object themselves? (This is scheduled as a non-asset chapter 7 in FL)

You already had your 341 meeting correct? Slim to none! Especially for a non-asset simple BK!
The information provided is not, and should not be considered legal advice. All information provided is only informational and should be verified by a law practioner whenever possible. When confronted with legal issues contact an experienced attorney in your state who specializes in the area of law most directly called into question by your particular situation.

Nope.. No 341 yet. I haven't even received the notice yet. I only know when it is because of VCIS. On the day I filed, I also received a visit from the Sheriff with a summons, Providian suing me. I promptly responded with a Suggestion of BK to the Court and to the attorney handling the case for Providian. Yesterday, I received a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal in response. Good sign, right? (Believe me, I am so thankful, too!) So, in light of the fact that this was my largest account (out of four) with Providian and they are basically our largest creditors... (4 CCs between my hubby and self) and thus, our strongest adversaries.. I'm hoping that the smaller creditors will follow suit and not file proof of claims. ( This is all unsecured debt ) and was wondering if the trustee will be more likely to grant the discharge with no objections. I'm already stressed out, as you can tell..lol.. I really don't want to go through a rule 2004 if I don't have to.

      Worrying for nothing?
