    Recent debt...

    I had some Line of credit charges (this line of credit is like overdraft)

    The charges range from July 18th to July 28th 2007...

    I owe $5200 from those charges...

    I am filing BK 7 shorlty...My attorney received my package (questionnaire) yesterday and he said the paralegal will have the draft done in about 2 weeks...

    Whats your advice regarding this account on which I owe $5200..


    It is listed on my questionnaire for my attorney to list in the BK...

    That LOC will be considered a cash advance. If you fule inside 70 days, the creditor will have the presumption of abuse should they decide to challenge the discharge of that debt.
    You may have to make payment arrangements with this creditor.

      It probably better to tell the attorney to file at the 71st day?

        Yeah How far are you from that day as of right now?
        Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.
