I have been planning chapter 7 for over a year now after seeing several lawyers they advised me i was eligible to file chapter 7 so I found a lawyer and have been making payments to my lawyer to file chapter 7 for the last few months i am almost finished paying him off. My question is i prev had a lease car and my lease came up in april 05 by the grace of God I was able to lease another new car with a much much lower payment with a cosigner, my thing is now can i still file chapter 7 with my lease car and just reaffirm it which i had plan to do i have no problem paying since my note is much less now and i really need transpotation to work and i also have a judgement against me that i have made arrangements to pay monthly that i really want to get rid of in chapter 7 and a bank loan that i want to get rid of as well, im afraid all the orginal creditors will try to find collection agencies in my state so they can try to sue me to pay them and i want to avoid all this and get rid of all my debt majority of my debt is from medical bills and credit cards they have all been piling up since i haven't been working as much as i like due to my health so with all that i have stated will i have problems now trying to file bankruptcy chapter 7 and with reaffirming my car???
