    Central Air

Hello folks. Here's one for you experts.
I changed out my Central air unit 4 months ago. It cost $6,000 USD.
Can I factor this $6000 in to my average monthly house repair expense on my Schedules?

I do not need to take the means test because I am below the median income.

That is not a recurring expense, but you may be able to use it to show a trend of expenses with the house.

Although, since you are below the median, it is not that big of a deal. Are you filing chapter 7?

It could be used to help establish repair costs . I'd ask your lawyer what is typical expenses in your area for home maintenance and try to stay within that region though
