question about the means test

If my husband does not file, it says to subtract what he doesnt contribute to household expenses, but later on for tax deductions, do i still get to subtract his taxes too even if he does not file? thanks again!!!!

You wouldn't subtract his payroll taxes on your column of the means test.

Helps...it sounds like you should meet with an attorney to go over all of this. Have you done this? Probably should go see 2 or 3 to ensure you have one that knows the law and that you feel comfortable with.
