Anyone do counseling first to try to get out of debt? I dont really understand the difference from that as to doing a chapter 13. The one attoney i went to suggested that or do 13 with 1800.00 a month payback which is 100%. I cant afford to do that, it seems like bankruptcy isnt for the people that make an average income, it doesnt make sense... Thanks
