Can they see old titles

When they pull your information can the court see anything that you have owned in the past like any old joint savings accounts that your not on anymore or old car titles?

For example my parents had me on their car title until a few months ago because they were planning on giving it to me and my name had to be on the title since the beginning to get warrenty, but then they decided that they didnt want to give it to me, so they took my name off the title.

Will the court be able to see this and think that Im trying to hide this as an asset? The car is and has always been across the country from where I live, I've never paid a dime for it, and is my parents sole vehicle.

i hope not. im in a similar situation i sold my car to my sister about 14 months ago but we didnt actually transfer title until a couple months ago but I do have a copy of the check dated 14 months ago with a bill of sale in case they ask. Im sure they could find it if they wanted to but the thing is when you sell a used car the physical title doesn't always change does it? ther are at least two spaced provided on the back of the title so the current owner can sell it again. so if you are honest with them hopefully you will be ok! was your name the only name on the title or was your parents on there as well? Whatever you do be honest with your attorney tell them everything!

I know Creditors can find out about it somehow. I had a collection company for my Amex who called my brother and told him that they were needing to get in touch with me. How they got his number, I have no idea!

Their closing statement to him was, "tell your brother that we know about the 64 Corvette and 77 Corvette he has." These were both cars that I had a few years before I filed.

It didn't come up in my 341 and Amex didn't show up to contest as my last day to oppose was yesterday! Yeah!

I wouldn't worry about it unless a creditor brings the info forward
