Hello,
I have recently had my bankruptcy Dismissed with Prejudice, due to previous filings being dismissed. 1.failure to pay fees, 2. failure to file papers. So the court barred me from refiling for a period of 180 days based on their claims I filed in bad faith to avoid creditors. I only wish that were the case. The reason for this recent dismissal was for a failure to file papers, which I am guilty of due to the fact that I had been evicted (completely different mess). Apparently the papers notifying me of the motion to dismiss were delivered to my address, those I never received. The papers I did receive were forwarded to my new address, stating that my case had been dismissed. Throughout all of this none of my creditors were avoided. I have recently been garnished almost $2000 from my wages.
My question, is there anyway to file an objection to the bad faith claims so that I might have the 180 day waiting period removed.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
