hi all...checked pacer this morning....my atty filed motion to avoid
judgement lien for me...hearing date set for oct. 16, 2007...I didn't get the papers in mail yet.. probably tommorrow...love that pacer......says parties/ and or counsel to be present....do I have to attend this hearing? the document also says if respondents do
not object by 10/ 09 /07 a default order may be signed with no hearing necessary...hoping that is the case...seems cut and dry..
anyone had experience with this??? will this affect the date of the case closing??? guzzie
