quick ammendment question

hello all....got paperwork from atty today to add 2 creditors
to schedule F and list sears as an original creditor even though
the agency who bought the account was listed on schedule F ...341 is long over...september 25 last day for objections....are these creditors entitled to a 60 day objection period also or will the discharge still take place soon after the 25th being it was declared a no asset case??? to all pro se filers and others.....
please please read your credit report slowly and carefully!!!!!
be sure all creditors are listed on the petition when you sign it......double and triple check your work!!!! this ammendment to schedule f is costing me $220.00 !!!!! so many listings on credit report, was a dumb oversight on my part!!!!! a hard and expensive lesson learned by me!!! I went ahead and paid this guy and thats it!!!! like I said, never over till it's over but I'm a happy go lucky guy and I'll just stay positive and move on....

The new creditors listed if I"m not mistaken do get a period to object. So yes that may delay your closing.

As for SEARS if you listed a collection agency for them in the original I don't think it would allow them increased time.
