where would one put an old eviction that turned in to a judgement?
unsecu. nonpriority schedule ?

ohh one more question where would an totaled car that turn in to a judgement go ? I was thinking sec nonprio. but the car isnt no more soo was think unsec nonpri. but very unsure.

I'm pretty sure both would go on the unsecured nonpriority. Do you still owe money on the car or did something else turn it into a judgement? If it's from a lawsuit that might be different. Make sure you list the original creditor and the judgement.
