I have 4 payments (of 69.00 each) on our Kirby vacuume that we have been paying on since Feb. 2004. We only owe about $274 left on the balance. If I don't pay this balance and just include it in the BK, do you think they will repo it? It's a little over 3 yr. old. I don't want to discharge it if they are going to take it back. I would rather just make the final 4 payments, since it's almost paid for. But if I can discharge it and keep it that would be great. Does anyone have any experience with Kirby vacuume cleaners and BK?
P.S. I don't really feel bad about screwing them out of their last 4 payments because the salesman lied to us in the first place. The Kirby ended up costing us 1,000 more than he quoted but we didn't realize it until the payment book came in the mail.
