    yeah
    just checked pacer and was discharged today!!!!!! a long road is all but over......my atty can file that ammendment or do what he wants but I have the document I truly want!!!!! pacer says discharged awaiting
    closing...I believe that after the judgement is avoided the case will be closed......I thank our good lord for answering my prayers
    and thanks to all the moderators and the kind people on this forum who helped me get through this....may god continue to bless all of you and may all the bk cases be discharged!!!!!!

              Congrats......

              I will be happy when I can do the same thing too. I am in the 60 day club and so far no postings on Pacer except my installment payments that I make. I have two payments to go and last day to file objections is 10-28-07.
