adding creditors to chp 7
I had my 341 meeting on 05/13, and I recieved a collection letter from an creditor not on my original filing. Can I add this creditor to my list or any other creditor since I already had my 341? my discharge date is 07/05

Yes, you can amend your petition anytime before discharge. Since you are adding a creditor, the Bankruptcy Court charges $26.00. But yes, you can amend you list of creditors. -

I have 3 creditors that were not included in filing. My 341 meeting was last week. One of the creditors was a city government for parking tickets. Can I include them in my filing and if so will I be chaged a fee for each creditor?Comment

Anytime you add a creditor, it costs $26, you may not want to bother with adding the city government as I don't think parking tickets can be discharged, but I don't know for sure.Comment
