    Every 100th case filed audited

Hello everyone, we just had our 341 meeting today and all went well except we were advised by the trustee that every 100th case filed is flagged for additional info. They forwarded the case til June 20 and said we should not have to go back to court because our attorney can provide the trustee the info. I just spoke with the secretary and she advised me that usually it means just providing the trustee with info from our file which our lawyer already has. Has anyone been this lucky(smile) to have the same thing happen to them? If so, I just wondered what was the outcome. Thanks!!

Every 100th case...I hope we arent the 100th...We were asked to provide our bank statements, etc. before we went to our 341 as were several other clients of my attorney. They continued your case so your attorney can provide the additional info? I am just wondering why the attorney can't just send your info to them w/o a court date...Anyway our attorney said the courts are asking for additional info in an effort to prepare themselves for the new law which takes effect in October.
