Money left over after budget
Ive read in this forum about a few members that have been forced into a 13. Can there be no money left over on your budget? I think i will have a couple hundred left over but my attorney has not reviewed the budget yet. and that is with me working 7 days a week with my part time job. Which is obviously is the reason im filing lol. Is there a certain amount you can have left over?

Yeah, you want to show that your expenses are equal with or more than you income. Your income can exceed your expenses a little bit and you can still stay in a chapter 7, but the excess should be no more than $100.00.
Most people tend to underestimate their expenses, so your attorney should hopefully have some insight for your. -
