Where do I Put a Judgement on the Forms?

I am in the Middle Court of FL area.

A couple of months ago, one of my credit card creditors took me to court for the amount I owe them. I acknowledged the debt was owed. However I won no vehicles or property and am on Ss Disability, so am "Judgement Proof".

I know that creditor and the judgement should more than likely listed somewhere, I am just at a loss to find out where. I have been over and over the forms.

Do I list them with the other creditors, then on another schedule as well?

This is the last thing I need to do before I file. I'm sure the rest of you know how I feel - I just want it overwith!

    Thank You,

    Betty

    judgement

on my bk forms, the lawyer listed it on schedule F in the middle column and simply stated "judgement" Hope this helps (all other entries indicated if it was medical, credit card, NSF, etc but where there was a judgement, that is all he put.)

Thank you for the info! I had thought I needed to put it in the secured creditor area since they had told me at court that if in the future I purchased a car, home, etc. that it could be attached.

      Again - thank you!!
