What paperwork should I bring with me to my 341?

Hello folks, thanks for all of your help. When I go to my 341 meeting, what should I bring with me? I have a seperate file for each of my creditors and each file has all credit card statements. I also have the same files for each bank account. Shoud I bring all of this just in case? What is customary to bring? Thanks for all of your help.

Definitely your driver's license and social security card. My Trustee also requested last year's tax return since it hadn't already been filed with the court by my attorney.

Thanks for all of your help. Between the time of my filing and my 341 meeting, does the trustees request info from my lawyer even before the 341? Thanks for all of your help.

I have my 341 meeting tomorrow and my lawyer told me to being my Drivers Liscence, SS Card, and my checking/savings account printouts from the day that I filed till my meeting. They have all the other info that they need and if they need anything else they would have contacted me.

I thought that in a Chapter 7 bk, a snapshot is made of the estate on the day you file. I'm curious why the trustee would want bank statements and paystubs from after that date. I thought they could only do a 6 month lookback.

Mine asked for the same things. In general, most of the trustees ask for the same things but what I have learned is that its always good to be prepared with the unexpected items that they do not usually ask for.
